In addition to amendments regarding the Babysitting Coop, we'll also be presenting a few other proposed amendments.  These amendments include:

• Addition of the Mom-To-Mom Program
• Addition of the Sister Program
• Addition of the Library Coop
• Additions to the Guidelines for Age-Specific Playgroups
• Addition to the Membership Chair Position Description
• Addition to the Playgroup Chair Position Description
• Addition of a Babysitting Coop Chair Position

All of the proposed amendments will be emailed to the Club for review.  The proposed amendments will be put to an official Club vote beginning Friday, February 19th and lasting through Wednesday, February 24th.  This allows for time to make modifications to any section of the proposed amendments that does not pass before the end of the month.

If you are unable to attend the General Meeting but would like to ask a question or share comments on any of the proposed amendments, please contact Vicki no later than the morning of February 17th so that your question or comment can be shared at the meeting.

If you are unable to vote during the official vote period, please contact Vicki no later than Thursday, February 18th to discuss alternate arrangements.

General Meeting Details:  The discussions at the meeting on Friday, February 12th will be reviewed at the meeting on February 17th.  You do not need to attend both meetings, but are welcome to if you'd like.
